• 26th - Crop Till You Drop: Scrapbooking - H.O.P.E (Horses of Poor Environments) Indiana Horse Rescue Southwest's fundraising team will be holding a Scrapbooking event at St. Paul's United Methodist Church 46 South Cale Street, Poseyville, Indiana from 9:00AM to 9:00PM. Paper Chase Paper Arts Co. will present to help with scrapbooking ideas, supplies, and Make -N- Takes. Cost is $20.00 pay at the door, which includes lunch, munchies, and drinks. Please RSVP by January 23, 2008 to reserve your spot for lunch, please call Kim at 812-874-1986. All Proceeds will be donated to Indiana Horse Rescue to care for all rescued horses!

• 2nd- Club H.O.P.E Meeting at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Poseyville, Indiana. This meeting is to replace the March 17th meeting that was cancelled. • 26th - IHR Southwest Spring Open House from 10:00AM to 6:30 PM! Raffles, Door Prizes, Refreshments, Horse Adoptions, Training Demos from Dennis Taylor of DT "Horse Alliance" and so much more! Come out to support the rescue and visit the horses!

• 7th - Club H.O.P.E Meeting at 6:30 at the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Poseyville, Indiana. We will be discussing future events! Please call Jacki for more information and directions: 812-673-2123 or cell 812-449-7962
• 28th - Club H.O.P.E. Meeting at 6:30 in the park across from T-Mart in Poseyville.  Nothing but the pancake breakfast will be discussed and tickets and flyers will be passed out.  Please try to make it or make arrangements to pick up tickets and flyers if you are interested in helping with this fundraiser.

• 14th - Club H.O.P.E. is going to hold a Pancake Breakfast, Saturday, June 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30. It will be held in Fort Branch at the community center.  
  Tickets can be pre-purchased for:
  Adults - 5.00
  Children 12-3 - 3.00
  Children 2 and under - free
   

  If you know of any family or business that would like to sponsor a table for 20.00 please let one of us know.  If they sponsor a table, their business or family will be advertised and they will get one free adult ticket.  If the business has any advertisement tools such as key chains, mugs, hats, rulers, etc. please get a few of them to set on their table.

  The breakfast will consist of pancakes, sausage, milk, juice, and coffee.

  If room permits, we will have a yard sale also.  Please save any items that you want to get rid of. 
   

• 20th - Owensville Watermelon Parade Meeting at 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Indiana Horse Rescue Southwest volunteers and Club H.O.P.E. members are meeting at the IHR Southwest barn and discussing riders and walkers for the parade. Please attend if you are wanting to be a part of the parade!

• 2nd - Owensville Watermelon Parade at 10:30 AM, please meet at the IHR Southwest Barn around 8:30 AM to get horses ready and and organize walkers. Line up for the parade starts at 9:30 AM
